We have decided to choose the FTA System that offers the greatest Performance and availability of Channels on BEV, DN and including Internationals and Use the Banner Colour to indicate it's Current Status.

As of Aug 15, 2010 it was decided to name Limesat the Top Receiver of all the ones currently doing IKS. Since they have been down for a few months we started looking the next Receiver that has stood out and we found that since Jan 2011 the Sonicview to be the Receiver of choice.

What the Colours indicate:

RED - Server is Down

Tan - Server is Up but No Picture on any Provider

Salmon - BEV is UP but unstable (DN is Down)

Yellow - BEV is UP (DN is Down)

Blue - DN is up (BEV is Down)

LightBlue - DN is up but Freezing (BEV is Down)

Dark Green - BEV is up, DN up but is Freezing or Unstable Mediumseagreen

Light Green - BEV and DN are up and stable but Internationals are down

Lime Green - BEV is UP, DN is UP and Internationals are up Lime

These colours may change without notice but will be explained if changed.

In the event the Top Ranking Receiver according to Performance and availability of Channels goes down or offers less than others than another Receiver may be chosen after a period of 1 Month has passed.

Since the issues with the Cousins Shared Public Servers namely the Ilink, Naonosat (CNX), Satzen, Viewsat and X-Factor

On Feb 25 all the cousins went down cayuse they use the Same Servers all use the Same Feeder Server it seems so not right to pick any of the 6 cause if one goes down the others may as well.

Satzen did release a New Bin for it's 2 Models but again they share Seeder Servers and have the same channels as all others.

CNX which has been a great Brand till they decided to release a Bin for thw Nano Premium but not for the other CNX Products, CNX cannot be considered, Ilink same thing, they Released bins for the 95000 and the 9000+ but not for the older ones. so they cannot be considered.... On a side note in all intents and purposes the Ilink 9000+ is Twin to the Nano2 they even share the same Network adapter and not a Dongle.

Topsat, no bins released yet so they are down

VS(WS) which was declared dead over a year has been doing great but....as mentioned above shares the same Server as the other 6 COusins and have same Channels at the ones that are still up so they cannot be considered.

X-Factor the receivers that had been pronounced Dea over a year ago is still up with the release of the new Bin but they only have 1 Model and again share the same server as the others and with that the same Channels.

So what are we left with?

The time has come to to use another Brands which we feel stands out and we feel that Japan Group is the one that we feel is safer for all to use

Soniview who now has a New Team called the Akai Japan Group, has it's own Server, it's own Channel list although less than the other presently at least they are on there own. The New AJ Group are supporting all Models but the 1000, so presently the SV 4000, SV 360 Elite, SV 360 Premier and SV 8000 are up and quite stable.

Recently the Japan Group decided to support the Limesat Ultra and Limesat HD Max.

THe Japan Group has also taken on support for the Captiveworks 700 and 800

So till further notice or until a Nother Brand is up on BEV and Internals, the Banner Color will be to represent the Current Japan Group Status.

Hope you agreed with the logic presented here.
