I-link, SatZen, Conaxsat, Topsat, ViewSat, Xfactor and NanoSat piracy satellite receivers are currently being redirected allowing NagraStar to log IP’s of customers units and additional information. As can be seen on the TV pop-up message our law firm Hagan, Noll and Boyle’s telephone number is 1-866-617-9116. They will be happy to speak to customers of these piracy satellite receivers in order to provide them with the best and cheapest option of settling possible litigation as well as directing them in how to become a legitimate DISH network subscriber.

First of all the main word is "Litigation" which basically means they won't come knocking on your door unless you give them a reason to contact you (i.e. call them, accept registered mail, etc.)...these are tort lawyers trying to make more money for themselves and could care less about others involved including who they represent...these folks deal in paperwork, not sending authorities to your house...they want you to turn yourself in and if you don't they can't touch you....

this is no longer a rumor or a Hoax.

Please turn off any receiver you have from the Cousins, do noit log into any server.

If your Ip has already been logged, connecting to a Private Server may also give them that information. Anyone say no it won't let them go ahead and do it. If you want to remain safe please use caution.

By now some of you may have noticed that New Bins have been released for some of the Cousins.

What you may not be aware of is that new bins have been released every week or two since Apr/2011 to have the DNS redirected back to the Cousin's Shared Server.

This is why all these bins needed replacing in the last 3 months... someone was redirecting the DNS, meaning that when ppl logged on, the Receiver was directed to another Server IP..... so no TV

So they released new bins to re-direct back to the Server for the Cousins, this is why TV was back

So now we know who was doing it it has been DN... redirecting to their Server for Satscans and collecting PPl's Ips eversince they sent the Message from the Satscams Server to the Ilink and Satzen Receivers.

This is why we are not allowing any Bins to be released till the cousins can shore up their Security or in a few days anyone that loaded these bins may be redirected again and their IPs continued to be logged, then with proper Software log each User's MAC address, if that happens there i no defense against it should they take users to court.

This is why we are asking all members here at Crazyfta not to load any more bins for the Cousins until further notice. This is the only we that we have to try to protect our members.

Should anyone decide to download them from other sites then they are on their own and hope they are prepared to face the consequences. This is no longer anything to take lightly.

Any Box that was up using the Cousins Public Server and lost TV because the DNS was re-directed and were then used on any P$S may have their IPs Traced to what ever Server they are logged into Next to Get TV from

I am not saying that this is happening now or has happened already but can certainly happen in the Future, since DN now knows they can do it quite easily. the last 2 months may have been practice runs with their ECMs to redirect DNS but now they know it works quite well as does the Message they sent to Ilink and Satzen Users.

What they do next we will all have to wait and see,
